Mr. Rick Olson is the founder of Victory
Seminars, and has instructed salespeople on the Fundamentals of Professional
Sales Success for over twelve (12) years, both as a Corporate Sales
Manager for a fortune 500 company, and as a Professional Sales Instructor
for Victory Seminars.
Rick's professional sales experience, proven
success in corporate sales, corporate sales management and sales entrepreneurship
spans over twenty one (21) years. As an instructor, he leverages his
experience in order to bring the required realism into each session
while providing the attendee instruction based upon real professional
selling experience, instead of static "text book" material
so often presented by sales trainers with limited or no sales experience.
Rick is a Sales Professional first, and a Professional Sales Instructor
second. He understands the imprtance in having consistent, day to day
experience in the corporate selling environment in order to have the credibility,
knowledge, and understanding to be an effective professional sales instructor.
Rick's instruction style can be summarized in three (3)
words: Fundamental, Factual and Fun.
He presents powerful professional sales material in a professional,
straightforward, and an easy to understand way, while interacting with
the attendees to gain their interest, and keep them focused on the powerful
content.

practice The Victory Sales Fundamentals, and to ensure success in their
