attending The Fundamentals of Successful Professional
Selling seminar. While I have been in sales for almost
ten years, I was never given any formal sales training.
I attended this seminar hoping to learn if what I was
doing was wrong, learn how to do the right thing or
confirm if what I was doing was correct. I think that
is a tall order for anyone to live up to. But, you met
my expectations. I left with new techniques I know will
save me time and hard aches when it comes to chasing
useless proposal opportunities. In addition, you confirmed
that some of the things I did learn along the way in
the school of hard knocks are indeed correct. There
was one added bonus. Sales people, I believe, need to
